INgene® q Feline Coronavirus is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of FCoV RNA in samples from Cats. The assay is optimized for samples like ascites fluid, blood, kidney, liver, spleen and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen RNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
